About Creatio Construction

Who we are, where our office sits and the kinds of clients we build and rent for.

6 questions

What does Creatio Construction do?

Creatio is a Los Cabos builder that also rents out its own heavy machinery. Our work spans civil works and general construction, architectural design, engineering studies, interiors and finishes, plus the supply of building materials and aggregates. Hire us for one of those pieces or bring several together on the same property. Our services overview explains all six.

Where is Creatio Construction located?

Our office and machinery yard are at Cuauhtémoc Manzana 38 Lote 05, Colonia 4 de Marzo, Cabo San Lucas, BCS 23472. That location keeps our crews and machines close to job sites across the region.

How much construction experience does Creatio have?

Creatio has worked in construction for over a decade, on private homes, commercial properties and civil projects around Los Cabos. Some of that work is on view in our photo gallery.

Does Creatio own the machines it rents?

Yes. Every backhoe, loader, truck and roller we send out belongs to Creatio, not to a subcontractor. Owning the fleet means we service the machines ourselves and plan their calendar directly, which makes our answers about dates and condition more dependable.

Who can contact Creatio about a project?

Anyone with building work or a machinery need in our area. Homeowners and private clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, construction firms, developers, project managers, real estate professionals, property and community managers, businesses, hotels and resorts, and contacts for public works are all welcome to write to us. You do not need an account or a referral; simply describe what you need.

Can I talk to your team in English?

Yes. Our team speaks English and Spanish, so plans, quotes and scheduling can be discussed in whichever language is easier for you.

Construction Services

What we design and build, from site studies and plans to civil works and finished interiors.

7 questions

Which construction services does Creatio provide?

Six of them. Technical and engineering studies and architecture with 3D rendering come first on many projects, followed by construction and civil works and interiors with luxury finishes. Alongside those we offer machinery rental and the supply of materials and aggregates. Each one can be booked by itself, or several can be joined on one property.

What kinds of projects does Creatio build?

Residential work such as private homes and villas, commercial buildings, land development and urbanization, and public or civil infrastructure such as roads and paving. Jobs range from a single residential lot to larger sites where several of our machines work side by side.

Do you handle earthwork, grading and urbanization?

Yes. Our civil works include excavation and earth moving, grading and leveling, demolition, paving, and building or repairing roads, which covers most of what a lot or subdivision needs before construction. Because we run our own excavator, motor grader and roller, site preparation is carried out with machines we already control.

Can Creatio design my project as well as build it?

Yes. Our architecture and 3D rendering service turns your brief into drawings and lifelike images, so you can walk through the spaces visually before ground is broken. The same company can then build from those plans.

Why would my site need technical or engineering studies?

Many lots here sit on slopes, sand or rock, and a study shows what the ground can carry before money goes into design or excavation. Our technical studies cover topography, soil mechanics, density testing, hydrology, structural analysis and environmental impact assessments.

Does Creatio offer interior design and finishes?

Yes. Our interiors and luxury finishes team plans the inside of homes and commercial spaces and installs the high end materials that complete them.

Can one team take my project from planning to completion?

Yes, if you prefer a single company for the whole job. We can study the site, prepare the design, build the structure and fit out the interiors, using our own machinery and materials along the way. Every stage is also available separately when you already have other professionals on board.

Heavy Equipment Rental

What we rent, how to choose a machine and how we keep each one in shape.

7 questions

Which machines does Creatio rent out?

The fleet is grouped into eight categories: backhoes (the CAT 416, the 416F2 and the 428), excavators (CAT 320GC), skid steers (CAT 262D3), compactors (CASE SV210 roller), motor graders (CASE VHP 865B), front loaders (LiuGong 856H), dump trucks (an International TranStar and a Freightliner M2 112) and special equipment. The equipment overview shows them all on one page.

Which machine does my job need?

Begin with the task. Foundations and trenches usually call for a backhoe or excavator, pads and dirt roads for a motor grader, soil and base layers for a roller, stockpiles and truck loading for a front loader, and fill or rubble for dump trucks. Not sure? Describe the work and the site, and our team will recommend the machine or combination that suits it.

Can I rent several machines at the same time?

Yes. Clients often pair a backhoe with a front loader and one or more dump trucks so that digging, loading and hauling move together. List all the machines and we will price them as one package.

Can your machines handle sand, rock and steep lots?

Yes. Sand, rock and steep lots are normal conditions for our fleet around Los Cabos. Telling us about the slope, the soil and the access helps us choose well, for instance a tracked excavator rather than a wheeled machine on loose ground.

How is the rental equipment maintained?

We look after our own fleet. Each machine gets preventive maintenance, and it is inspected for safety before it leaves for your site. Since the units are ours, we know their service history firsthand.

Is renting better than buying construction equipment?

For most projects, yes. Renting avoids the purchase price, storage and upkeep between jobs, and you can switch to a different machine as the work changes. Owning tends to suit companies that keep a machine busy for most of the year.

What is the special equipment used for?

Our three truck mounted units handle specialist tasks. The International 4300 basket lift raises crews for work at height, a pothole patcher built onto a 2024 International truck repairs roads and pavement, and the Blend E050 concrete mixer, mounted on a 2024 Mack, mixes and places concrete right at the pour. The special equipment page has the details.

Equipment Operators and Job Sites

Booking a machine with or without our operator, and what helps us plan your site.

5 questions

Can a machine come with an operator?

Yes. One of our operators can be requested for any machine in the fleet. Mention it in your quote request, and we confirm the operator together with the equipment booking.

Who are your equipment operators?

They work for Creatio directly and are trained on our own units, not supplied by an outside agency. Whoever is operating already knows that exact machine.

Can I use my own operator or crew?

Yes. An operator is optional, and you never have to take one to rent a machine. You can rent just the machine and have your own operator or crew run it. Let us know your choice in the quote request.

Can you coordinate several machines on a large site?

Yes. On bigger jobs we can plan backhoes, loaders, rollers and dump trucks to work in sequence, together with operators and material deliveries, so each machine has work ready when it arrives. Which units are free depends on your dates, and we confirm that in the quote.

What should I tell you about my job site?

The location, the route a truck would take to get in, the type of ground, any slopes, and how much room there is to work and turn. Photos are a great help. With that information we can pick a suitable machine and plan its arrival before confirming the booking.

Equipment Transportation and Service Area

How machinery reaches you and where in Baja California Sur we work.

3 questions

Do you bring the equipment to my site?

Yes. We organize transport to your site, unload the machine and leave it ready to start work.

How is equipment transportation priced?

It depends on the distance, the route, access at the site and which machines are travelling, so we work out the transport for each quote instead of using a fixed fee. A street address or map pin helps us plan the route, and the transport cost appears in your quote before you confirm.

Which areas does Creatio serve?

Los Cabos is our home ground. Working from our own yard, we take jobs in every part of the municipality, reaching San José del Cabo just as readily as the streets of Cabo San Lucas around our base. Beyond Los Cabos we travel north to Todos Santos, and along the East Cape to La Ribera and on to Los Barriles. Projects farther afield in Baja California Sur are considered case by case, depending on the job, the distance and the dates, so send us the address and we will let you know if it is within reach.

Construction Materials and Aggregates

The materials we supply, how they reach your site and how we help with quantities.

6 questions

Which construction materials does Creatio supply?

Gravel, sand and stone, hydraulic base, ready mix concrete and sealing materials. Quantities and timing are agreed with each order. The materials and aggregates page describes the service.

Can materials be delivered to my site?

Yes. Our trucks bring materials to the job site, with delivery times set around your work schedule and the quantities your project calls for. When our machines are already working on the property, loads can arrive just as the crew is ready to place them.

Do you supply concrete and cement?

We supply ready mix concrete delivered to the site, and our Blend E050 mixer can produce concrete at the point of the pour. If your plans call for cement or a particular concrete mix, tell us the specification and we will let you know what we can provide.

Can you help me work out how much material I need?

Yes. Send your plans or describe the work, and our team can estimate the quantities of concrete, aggregates and other materials so you avoid ordering far too much or too little.

Can you match the materials specified for my project?

Share the specification from your plans or your engineer, such as the type of aggregate or concrete required, and we will point out which of our materials fit it before anything is ordered.

Do you remove debris and surplus material?

Yes. Our dump trucks can haul away rubble and leftover material from demolition, excavation and cleanup. Add it to your equipment or materials request.

Quotes, Scheduling and Payments

Asking for a price, booking dates and paying for your project.

7 questions

What is the best way to ask for a quote?

Fill in the form on our contact page, reach us by phone at +52 624 267 0409, email contacto@creatioconstruction.com or send us a WhatsApp message. There is no charge for a quote.

What information makes a quote more accurate?

The site address, the nature and size of the work, the equipment or materials you have in mind, your preferred dates, the conditions on site, and whether you want the machine run by our staff. Plans and photos are useful whenever you have them.

Can I send plans, drawings or photos?

Please do, as they help us price the work accurately. Email suits plans and drawings, and WhatsApp is handy for pictures taken on site.

What affects the cost of renting equipment?

The machine or combination of machines, how long you need them, whether an operator is added, and the distance and access involved in moving them. These vary from job to job, so we price each rental individually and do not publish a rate list.

What affects the cost of construction services?

The size and design of the project, the ground conditions found by the studies, the materials and finishes chosen, the machinery required and the timeline. A defined scope and a set of plans lead to a more accurate quote.

When should I reserve equipment for my dates?

As early as you can. Our units rotate between projects all year, so we check the calendar against your dates when you contact us and confirm availability in the quote.

Which payment methods does Creatio accept?

Cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Zelle or a bank wire transfer. If you have a question about paying for a specific project, ask our team when you receive your quote.

Starting a Construction Project

First steps, budgets, schedules and bringing every part of the job under one contact.

6 questions

How do I get started with Creatio?

Send us the location, a brief outline of the work and your timing through the contact page, by phone or on WhatsApp. We review it, ask whatever we still need to know, and reply with the services, machines or materials that suit the job, along with a quote.

I own a lot but have no plans yet. Where should I begin?

Most owners start by mapping the lot's topography and testing the soil, then move on to the architectural design. That order gives the designer real data about the site. We can take care of each step and then go on to build.

Can my project be adjusted to fit my budget?

Yes. Our team can advise on scope, materials, phasing and planning so the work fits what you can spend and when you need it finished, and point out where a change would make the biggest difference to cost.

How do you keep a construction project on schedule?

Thorough planning at the start, our own machinery and operators, and materials from the same company all cut the waiting that comes from chasing outside suppliers. We do not promise a finish date before the scope is clear, but we agree a schedule with you and keep you updated as the work advances.

Can I put machinery, materials and building work in one agreement?

Yes. We can quote the building work, the materials and the equipment together, so you have one contact for the whole job instead of several suppliers to coordinate.

Can Creatio tell me whether a property is a good investment?

We are builders, not real estate or financial advisors, so we do not forecast returns, rental income or property values. What we can give you is a clear construction quote and a planned schedule to use in your own decisions.
