A Los Cabos builder with its own machinery
Creatio Construction is a Mexican construction and equipment rental company based in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. Our name comes from the word creation, and that is the work we do every day.
For more than 10 years we have built homes, commercial buildings and civil works across Los Cabos for property owners, developers and investors. We know the local terrain, the coastal climate and the requirements that come with building here.
Our machines and our trained operators are our own, not subcontracted. That gives us direct control over schedules, quality and cost, and it is the same fleet we rent to contractors in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.

Where do you work?
Our base is in Cabo San Lucas, and we work across all of Los Cabos, San José del Cabo included. We also accept projects elsewhere in Baja California Sur, for example in the East Cape and Todos Santos.
Do you work in Cabo San Lucas?
Yes. Our base is in Colonia 4 de Marzo, Cabo San Lucas, so our crews and machinery are close to most job sites in the area. We coordinate the transport of equipment to your site, including unloading and preparation so it is ready to work.
Do you work in San José del Cabo?
Yes. We build, deliver equipment and supply materials for projects in San José del Cabo with the same team, machinery and service we offer in Cabo San Lucas.
Which kinds of projects do you take on?
Our work covers private homes, commercial buildings, land development, urbanization and public infrastructure. The team specializes in luxury homes and commercial work, from the first technical study to the final finishes.
Do you provide excavation and site preparation?
Yes. With our own backhoes, excavators, skid steers, motor graders and compactors we handle excavation, land clearing, grading, leveling, compaction and demolition to get your lot ready for construction.

Do you rent equipment with an operator?
Yes. Our machinery is available with trained operators from our own team. The equipment is ours, not subcontracted, and it receives preventive maintenance and a safety inspection before it goes to your site.
Can you supply construction materials and aggregates?
Yes. We deliver sand, gravel, stone, ready mix concrete and hydraulic base straight to your site. We also haul material and clear debris, and deliveries can be timed with the machinery already working on your project.
Can I combine equipment, materials and construction in one contract?
Yes. Equipment, materials and construction can be bundled into one package, and a single team coordinates all of it for you.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. Our team works with clients in both English and Spanish, by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person.
